Had a trampoline for a great deal! I want to say the service i had today was much better than when I was here the other day. Kid was on his phone didnt help or pay any attention to what we were doing. Left with a 14 ft trampoline.. there was new deal today on a 15 so we came back .. lady helped unload and load the trampoline and amazing exchange service!!

I encountered friendly and helpful staff. Add to it a decent deal on what I was buying made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

I am writing to express my concern about the condition of the women’s restroom during my visit to your store today. When I entered, I was shocked to find urine all over the toilet and surrounding area, as though no effort had been made to clean up. It was so excessive that it seemed deliberate, not an accident. Considering your restrooms are not typically open to the public, it’s hard to believe this was caused by a customer. The fact that someone had to pass the men’s restroom to access the women’s makes me even more concerned that a staff member may be responsible. To make matters worse, there were no paper towels, and the soap dispenser was unusable, sitting out of place on the counter. This is not only unpleasant but creates an unhygienic and unsafe environment for customers and employees. I also noticed a “Now Hiring” sign in your window, but frankly, conditions like these do not reflect a workplace that values cleanliness, professionalism, or respect for women. I strongly encourage you to address this issue immediately—both by ensuring proper restroom maintenance and by speaking with your staff about professionalism and respect in the workplace.

I made two trips to try and get a rifle if they were selling. The first time they considered it too late in the day. Second time the computer system failed when the power went out for one second. I went back a third time and because I was less than happy and having to make all these trips, they refused to sell me the gun. I have Probably bought Firearms from this company, but never again! They seem to think that it was wrong of me. To be unhappy about the fact that they are incapable of doing their jobs. They Service and manors are terrible! I’ll go someplace else even if I have to pay more. I would give them a zero if I could!

Outstanding last minute purchase at closing. Staff went the extra mile to make the sale. Refreshing customer service! Updated review as of 7/30/20. I have shopped at this store before and been very pleased. When checking out I asked the cashier if they were closing. They had multiple isles that were totally empty. The stock levels were low or empty. Not sure what has happened to this store but the rating has dropped from 5 stars to 2 stars. The employees were still friendly. If they truly are keeping their doors open management needs a wake up call as the inventory levels and merchandising is terrible!
